In cooperation with various stakeholders such as the Abu Dhabi Education Council (ADEC), TDC will be coordinating the STI Human Capital development efforts towards serving the following objectives:

• Raising the standards of Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) education
• Cultivating knowledge in STI and building excitement for STI careers through structured and coordinated Informal STI education and promotion efforts
• Attracting and retaining the best of talent within the UAE, the region and beyond
